In this episode you are guided in a meditation using a calming breathing technique to experience silence in a beautiful way. Be gentle with your self throughout this series. It can take time to become comfortable with your own silence. You'll also discover when you know you have reached a state of inner stillness. You may feel as though you should be doing something, or thinking about something. 

This is part 3 of a 7-Part Pure Meditation Series, Episodes 828-834.

As always, you don't have to do the meditation techniques -- they are simply there to help you transition from your busy day to a state of stillness. The techniques also help to calm "monkey mind," when your thoughts continuously interrupt your meditation.
