Stored grief, resentment, or past
hurts can create blockages in the heart chakra. This meditation
uses Anahata Mudra to gently release these emotional blockages,
creating space for forgiveness and healing. Inspired by Bhakti
Yoga, this practice allows us to open our hearts to new beginnings
and deeper connections.
THIS WEEK'S
SERIES
This meditation series invites you to
explore Bhakti Yoga, a path of profound emotional release and
spiritual transcendence. Bhakti is about expressing the deepest
longings of the heart, connecting with the divine through love,
devotion, and surrender. We'll use meditation, mantra, and
visualization to open the heart chakra and experience the
transformative power of divine love. This is a journey of emotional
healing, spiritual awakening, and the ecstatic union with the
divine.
