Be kind and gentle with yourself and others today.   We already know that for most people, gratitude is a powerful way to feel more at peace in the world. But how does gratitude impact those who struggle with depression and anxiety? Research shows that a daily practice of gratitude has significant psychological benefits for those who struggle with depression and anxiety.   This week, you're invited to take part in a guided  Gratitude Journey.
